An examination of a novel 'bitemporal finite state machine application engine' written in perl (moose).

Bitemporality is the concept that things have an effective date, as well as a first-heard-about or action date.

The talk will focus on examining the basic concept of a state engine and examples of code used in real world businesses as well as how Moose helped in getting the code written
