MongoDB is a document-oriented database system which fits how Perl people think. This brief talk will give you just enough information to get started hacking on a simple MongoDB-based web application built on Mojolicious::Lite. We'll learn how MongoDB's document model works and how to use the basic features of the MongoDB Perl driver on CPAN.
